AMARANTH USED FOR SHINE HAIR
- Amaranth Oil: Amaranth oil is a great natural oil for nourishing, moisturizing and adding shine to hair. Simply massage a small amount of oil into wet or dry hair and scalp to benefit from its conditioning properties.
- Amaranth Flour: Make a paste by mixing together amaranth flour, water and a few drops of essential oil. Apply the paste to your hair and leave it on for 20-30 minutes. Rinse and style as usual.
- Amaranth Seeds: Boil a handful of amaranth seeds in a cup of water until the water turns into a thick paste. Allow it to cool and then apply it to your hair. Leave it on for an hour before rinsing it off.
