Potato added, "Talking about people's favourites, I will be the first. People of any age love my taste. I'm always a kid's favourite and can be boiled, fried, roasted, or mashed to make delicious dishes, so people will vote for me."

Even though spinach is healthy, it thought that many would hate it, so it remained silent. On seeing this, the onion and potato started laughing at the spinach.

The next day came, and everyone was eagerly waiting for the results. King Brinjal came and announced, "Spinach will be the prince of vegetables. Many people voted for spinach because of its rich source of minerals and vitamins."

On hearing this, the spinach gained confidence and gave a speech about itself. It said, "I contain large amounts of calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, and vitamins A, B, and C, and some carbohydrates, fat, magnesium, sodium, and high-quality proteins."
